BSC is a campus which believes in shared governance in which administrators, faculty, librarians and students collectively become active in the decision-making process. The undergraduate governance process is comprised of four committees: the All-College Committee (ACC), Undergraduate Curriculum Committee (UCC), Academic Policies Committee (APC) and Student Affairs Committee (SAC). The committees are responsible for making recommendations to the President with regard to academic policies and undergraduate programs and courses.
