The Bridgewater State College M.S.-Accounting degree is designed to prepare individuals for management level careers in accounting. This highly focused program will prepare graduates with technical accounting skills, upper-level MIS/computer skills and managerial problem solving abilities.
Our M.S.-Accounting degree satisfies the Massachusetts 150-hour CPA exam requirement. Typically, students with an undergraduate degree in Accounting will be able to complete the program in only ten courses. Students who possess an undergraduate degree in an area other than accounting will have to complete several additional prerequisite courses.
Students who currently possess a BA in accounting, may review the 10 course masters degree program requirements in program guides available in the office. The program guide is intended to assist students in selecting concentration tracks. Please note that the College Catalog is the official college resource for program information.
