Bridgewater State College's Arts for Youth

(ages 7-12)
The summer Arts for Youth program at Bridgewater State College is a comprehensive arts program that allows children to explore a full range of performance and visual arts. Children will be taking classes with other students of the same age group in subjects such as video, dance, drama, photography, painting, music, creative computing, gymnastics, and other general sports. All courses are taught by professional artists/teachers (10:1 student-teacher ratio) and arts education interns, children are given the opportunity to discover their individual talent and develop learning skills in an atmosphere of cooperation, collaboration and fun! On the last day of each three-week session, parents and friends are invited to a celebration called Artsfest. On this occasion, we display our work from all of the classes.
