Policies

  1. In order to use the equipment, patrons must present either a BSC ID or a valid state-issued license.
  2. Patrons will be charged for items broken or damaged. Those charged that do not pay will be banned from Game Room use until the bill is paid.
  3. Sitting and/or eating on the tables is not permissible.
  4. Furniture is only to be moved by on duty Campus Center employees.
  5. Fighting will result in a call to the police and permanent eviction from the Game Room.
  6. No one is allowed in the Game Room without Campus Center staff present.

How to Make a Reservation

  1. Groups wishing to book the Game Room must do so through the Conference and Event Service Office. All events are subject to the approval of either the Campus Center Assistant Director, or the Graduate Assistant.

  2. Groups must meet with the Campus Center Assistant Director or the Graduate Assistant at least one week prior to the event. The Campus Center reserves the right to withdraw permission if the groups do not comply.

  3. Groups that reserve the Game Room are responsible for all equipment broken during its use.
