Dr. Wayne Phillips, BSC Professor Emeritus of Elementary & Early Childhood and author of "The Concise Guide to Executive Etiquette" is the featured presenter for these programs.
Workplace Protocol Series: A two-part series that will help students learn the principles of social and business protocol including: Introductions and Telephone Manner, Effective Communication: Speaking, Writing and Using Technology and a special luncheon focusing on the Essentials of Dining.
Career Institute: A one-day workshop that will introduce students to key skills and concepts focusing on career management and professional development including: Business and Social Protocol, Self-Assessment of Skills and Interests, Resume Writing and Interviewing and a special luncheon focusing on the Essentials of Dining.
Students of ALL majors and class years are encouraged to participate in of one these unique opportunities to learn the skills necessary to succeed in the classroom and workplace.
