On Campus Interviews (OCI)

On Campus Interviews allows employers to easily connect with top-notch Bridgewater State University candidates while also enhancing your campus visibility. We manage all aspects of your visit from coordinating an interview date, posting the interview and collecting resumes for your review and scheduling your on-campus interviews during the fall and spring semesters.

Campus Recruitment Calendar:

Fall Interview Dates:
October and November

Spring Interview Dates:
April and May

Scheduling On-Campus Interview:

STEP ONE: Complete and submit the OCI Request Form via your CareerLink@BSU account.

STEP TWO: Employers will receive an On-Campus Interview Confirmation Notice via email including the deadline dates specific to your on-campus interviews and instructions on how to use our system to post jobs, download and review resumes, and access interview schedules right from your computer.

Interview Schedules:

Interviews are typically scheduled for 30 minute increments between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm with a 12 - 1:00 lunch break.* However, we are more than happy to accommodate your request for longer or shorter interview time slots and/or different break times.

*Interviews conducted by public schools systems are scheduled on Tuesdays between 3:00 - 7:00 pm to accommodate candidates currently student teaching.
