SEAM at Bridgewater State University

The BSU Chapter of the Student Education Association of Massachusetts (SEAM) was established in January of 2008. SEAM is a student organization sponsored by Bridgewater State University, the Office of the College of Education and Allied Studies and the Massachusetts Teacher's Association.

Dr. Nancy Witherell, Elementary and Early Childhood Education and Ms. Sydné Marrow, Office of the Dean of the College of Education and Allied Studies are co-advisors to this student group. The Executive Board members of SEAM are elected by its members every two years. The organization has been very successful in sponsoring workshops, events and networking opportunities for BSU students interested in teaching and pursuing various employment opportunities in the education field.
