Conference Funding Award

Application Process:

Graduate students who wish to apply for the funding award must:

1. Complete and submit the Graduate Student Conference Funding Award Application online, at least four weeks prior to the proposed conference.

a. Include a brief abstract of your presentation or poster session.
b. Include an estimate of your anticipated expenses  that will be incurred in order to attend the conference. Expenses must not exceed $1,000.

2. Submit via email or hard copy the following documents under separate cover to Lauren Lamothe, llamothe@bridgew.edu, College of Graduate Studies, Maxwell Library, Room 021:

a. Letter of support from a faculty advisor, professor, or supervisor who can speak to the relevance of the conference to your graduate education.
b. Copy of the acceptance letter from the academic conference with confirmation of participation. The acceptance letter must list your name as a presenter at the conference.
