*The Graduate Student Conference Funding Award only covers up to $1,000 for eligible expenses including conference registration, airline, transportation, personal auto mileage (56.5 cents per mile), and meals ($27 per diem).

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Please submit the following documents under separate cover to: Lauren Lamothe, College of Graduate Studies, Maxwell Library, Rm. 021.

  • Letter of support from a faculty advisor, professor, or supervisor who can speak to the relevance of the conference to your graduate education.

  • Confirmation of participation from conference. The conference acceptance letter must list your name as a presenter at the conference.

As a condition of this award, I agree to present my conference presentation at the Graduate Research Symposium held annually in April.  By signing this form, I agree that the above information is accurate and understand that I will be reimbursed for up to $1,000 for Approved expenditures only. I give permission to Bridgewater State University to post this information on the College of Graduate Studies website if I am selected as a recipient.
