Dr. Paula Krebs Working with the rest of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences team, Dr. Krebs manages the College's faculty, programs, budget, and curriculum. She is responsible for hiring full-time faculty. Dr. Krebs is a Victorian literature specialist who has written primarily about British imperial culture, including the Boer War and Rudyard Kipling. She has worked on issues of diversity in higher education for many years and is active in support of public humanities. |

Dr. Rita Miller Dr. Miller, whose background is in political communications and the history of American Public Address, oversees student academic issues. She manages the College of Humanities and Social SciencesÂ’ course schedule and the hiring of Visiting Lecturers and is responsible for Core Curriculum questions.

She teaches courses in British and womenÂ’s literature and has most recently published on the academic novel. As the Faculty Associate, she works with Dr. Miller to resolve student issues including late adds, drops, and withdrawals; Core substitution requests; and approvals for directed studies, grade changes, and excess credits.
