Storage of Materials for
Conferences and Events
Materials in support of
a program may be shipped to the campus in
advance according to the following
guidelines:
- All materials must
be sent to the Conference and Event
Services office, 108 Campus Center,
Bridgewater State College, Bridgewater,
MA 02325. Attn: Program name or
Contact person.
- The sponsor must
notify the office in advance if
materials are to be shipped. The
estimated number of items and the size
of the items are also to be provided.
- Materials will be
received and stored 24 hours before the
start of a program at no cost. A
separate location must be reserved by
the CESO staff member working with the
program to secure the materials.
- Materials may be
stored in a location designated by CESO
for a pickup within 24 hours after the
close of a program. All pick ups must
be pre-arranged with CESO.
- Any materials to
be held or stored longer than the
24-hour time frame outlined above are
subject to a storage fee. This fee is
equivalent to the
cost per day of the facility being used
for storage.
- Any program
wishing to store materials in a facility
for the duration of the program that is
used solely for the purpose of storage
will be subject to a storage fee that is
equivalent to the cost per day of the
facility being used.
- All movement of
materials to/from storage locations is
the responsibility of the program
sponsor. A delivery fee will be
incurred for any materials delivered to
a designated location by the CESO staff
or other BSC staff.
