Phone Information

This phone will allow you to make local calls, toll free and on campus calls only.  For on campus calls you can dial the four- digit extension of the person you are trying to reach.  For long distance calls you will need to use a calling card.  Please follow the instructions below to make phone calls off campus.

1. For local calls: Dial 9 - 508 - XXX - XXX.

2. For long distance: Dial 8 - 8 and then the 1 - 800 number on the back of your calling card.

Voice Mail

If you have requested voice mail service on your phone you can activate your mailbox by following the directions below.

1. Dial 3737.

2. When prompted enter your four- digit extension number that should have been provided to you by your Conference & Event Coordinator.

3. When prompted for your password, again enter your four -digit extension number.  This will serve as your temporary password.  Once you enter the voice mail system, you will be given a list of options and you can change your password at that time.
