Event Planning Process for External Sponsors


How do I make a reservation?

There are two ways you can inquire about making a reservation for space at the

University:

  • Visit the Conference and Event Services Office website at: www.bridgew.edu/conferences.

  • Click on the Event Inquiry Form link.

  • Fill in the appropriate information and click submit.

OR

  • Call our office and ask to speak to the Assistant Director (for day programs) or the Director (for summer conferences).

 

What happens after my request is submitted?

  • The inquiry form is forwarded to the Assistant Director/Director.

  • Assistant/Director works with client to gather all logistical information.

  • If space is available, Assistant/Director holds space (and forwards all information to a Coordinator for summer conferences only).

  • Assistant/Director drafts contract.

  • Assistant Director/Coordinator works with client to arrange all services and set up needs.

 

How do I make changes to or cancel my event?

  • All changes should be made through the Assistant Director or assigned Coordinator.

  • All cancellations must be received in writing through the Assistant Director or assigned Coordinator.
