Barbara Flynn - Customer
Service Coordinator
The Customer Service Coordinator serves as a triage specialist for the Conference and Event Services Office. S/he has primary responsibility for managing customer service needs, working closely with the Conference/Event Coordinators to provide support services for events on campus, and coordinating with various service providers. |

Jenna Strunjo - Graduate Assistant The Graduate Assistant serves as a backup for the Assistant Director of Operations in the management of facility setups and equipment needs for programs and events taking place on campus. The Graduate Assistant is also responsible for overseeing the work of student employees.

Elaine Wambolt - Office Manager The Office Manager is responsible for the day to day operations including office management to ensure effective operation, appropriate staff coverage, proper operation of office equipment and adherence to policies and procedures. S/he is responsible for hiring and training work-study and non work-study students throughout the academic year as well as summer conference season. S/he also manages Conference and Event Services Self-Sustaining budget including processing all CESO invoicing and collections. |
