The Director of Conference and Event Services provides operational leadership and direction for all aspects of the conference service function, which serves the Bridgewater State College community and external clients. The Director is responsible for ensuring that the staff of the Conference and Event Services Office (CESO) provides program support and services consistent with established customer service standards.

 
The Assistant Director oversees the management and execution of all externally-sponsored day-programs held on the BSC campus. S/he assists with the sales and marketing efforts of the department to enhance revenue streams. The Assistant Director also serves as secondary administrator for the department, assisting the Director with strategic planning, budget development and staff supervision. S/he approves use of campus spaces by internal event sponsors in consultation with the Director as needed.
 

 
The Assistant Director of Operations has primary responsibility for managing facility setups and equipment needs for programs and events taking place on campus.  The Assistant Director is also responsible for departmental marketing, training and assessment. 

The Conference and Events Coordinator provides program planning assistance to campus program sponsors as well as external conference clients. The Conference and Events Coordinator ensures that necessary program services have been arranged and assists sponsors with program execution.

Alexis Conley - Conference and Event Coordinator

The Conference and Events Coordinator provides program planning assistance to campus program sponsors as well as external conference clients. The Conference and Events Coordinator ensures that necessary program services have been arranged and assists sponsors with program execution.

Barbara Flynn - Customer Service Coordinator

The Customer Service Coordinator serves as a triage specialist for the Conference and Event Services Office. S/he has primary responsibility for managing customer service needs, working closely with the Conference/Event Coordinators to provide support services for events on campus, and coordinating with various service providers.


Jenna Strunjo - Graduate Assistant

The Graduate Assistant serves as a backup for the Assistant Director of Operations in the management of facility setups and equipment needs for programs and events taking place on campus.  The Graduate Assistant is also responsible for overseeing the work of student employees.

 


Cori Parrish - Receptionist

The Receptionist serves as a frontline contact for students, faculty, staff and outside sponsors.  S/he assist students, professionals and staff with essential day-to-day office functions.  S/he is also responsible for processing and maintaining contracts and addendums for external clients.

 


Donna Murphy - Reservationist

The Reservationist serves as the central contact for all college-sponsored events with the exception of academic classes. S/he provides prompt, customer-oriented service to schedule limited space and facilities on campus as well as offer options for appropriate locations for various events/programs on campus.


Jillian Diliddo - Bookkeeper

The Campus Center Bookkeeper provides support for the financial transactions of the Conference and Event Services Office.  S/he is responsible for the day-to-day encumbrances as well as oversight of monthly budget reports and student employment compliance.


Elaine Wambolt - Office Manager

The Office Manager is responsible for the day to day operations including office management to ensure effective operation, appropriate staff coverage, proper operation of office equipment and adherence to policies and procedures.  S/he is responsible for hiring and training work-study and non work-study students throughout the academic year as well as summer conference season.  S/he also manages Conference and Event Services Self-Sustaining budget including processing all CESO invoicing and collections.
