The mission of the BSC Counseling Center is to offer counseling services to students experiencing adjustment and psychological difficulties and to support the College community to help a diverse student population achieve academic and personal success.

The Center enhances the student's emotional, social and intellectual development, providing consultation, program development and education for students, staff and faculty. The Center provides preventive mental health outreach programs for all of the College in the belief that concerns can be addressed before they become a problem for the individual or the community.

The Center is a professional training center for graduate trainees in the field of psychotherapy and psychoeducation.
