The Criminal Justice Student Organization (CJSO) aims to highlight the different disciplines throughout the criminal justice system, the various occupations and academic concentrations in an effort to enhance the possibilities for students after graduation. Catering to the diverse interests of the student population, CJSO strives to educate peers about what to expect while working or interning in the various fields within the criminal justice with an emphasis on the importance of practical experience beyond the textbook. Our organization is dedicated to aiding students in understanding that the field that they will be entering upon graduation, may not resemble the world that is portrayed on fictionalized crime dramas popular in today's culture.
