Academic Affairs

The mission of the Academic Affairs Division is to promote teaching, learning, and scholarship by students and faculty.  The Office of Academic Affairs is responsible for all academic programs and services of the College.  We coordinate the planning of new degree programs, hiring and evaluation of faculty, and ensuring an effective learning environment.

Degree programs are offered through four schools:  the School of Arts and Sciences, the School of Education and Allied Studies, the School of Business (formerly the School of Management and Aviation Science), and the Graduate School.  Student support services are offered through several offices within Academic Affairs:  the College Libraries, Academic Achievement Center, Admissions, Financial Aid, and the Registrar.  Faculty support services are available through the Center for the Advancement of Research and Teaching, the Office of Grants and Sponsored Projects, the Teaching and Learning Center and the Office of Institutional Research and Assessment.

The Academic Affairs Office is located in Boyden Hall, Room 104 or by telephone at 508-531-1295.  The staff look forward to serving you between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
