Dr. Andrew Harris Associate Provost for Faculty Affairs 508-531-2564 Dr. Harris oversees faculty development and related resources within Academic Affairs. These include the Center for the Advancement of Research and Teaching, the Adrian Tinsley Program for Undergraduate Research, the Honors Program, the Office of Teaching and Learning, the Office of Undergraduate Research, the Sustainability Center, and other institutional faculty development initiatives. Dr. Heather C. Smith Associate Vice President for Enrollment Services 508-531-2553 Dr. Smith oversees the Enrollment Services Group that consists of the offices of Admissions, Financial Aid, Academic Achievement Center, and Registrar, as well as the Transfer Coordinator and Student Resolution Specialist. This group will be developing student recruitment and retentions plans, and coordinates all enrollment services provided to students striving to provide students with consistent and complete information from the college. Ms. Tracy Charbonnier Staff Assistant 508-531-2434 Ms. Charbonnier directly assists the Provost with scheduling, meetings, reports and other initiatives and serves as a liaison between the Provost and the college deans, other departments in the Division of Academic Affairs, the Vice Presidents, and the President. Director of Transfer Services 508-531-2625 Ms. Christoun works to promote the smooth transition of transfer students to Bridgewater State College by communicating with institutions from which students transfer and by supporting the advising and transfer credit process. |

Student Resolution Specialist 508-531-2698 Ms. Courchesne is responsible for resolving problems and managing questions related to students and faculty. Sandy handles all student appeals directed to the Provost. She also assists with the ongoing review of academic policies and procedures and initiates changes where appropriate. |

Ms. Kelly Duarte Academic Personnel Officer 508-531-2626 Ms. Duarte assists the Associate Provost for Academic Planning and Administration in administering the MSCA collective bargaining agreement. Ms. Nicole DeMoranville Adjunct Contract Coordinator nicole.demoranville@bridgew.edu 508-531-2361 Ms. DeMoranville is responsible for all aspects of adjunct faculty contract administration, including generating contracts, explaining pay/benefits, manage revisions, edits and corrections to contracts as necessary. Nicole also works collegially with Human Resources, Payroll and Off Campus Programs to provide them with information necessary to facilitate processing of pay in compliance with union contracts. Nicole provides back-up services to Academic Affairs, answering phones, and assisting with visitor and staff inquiries. Mr. Michael Dunn Budget Manager 508-531-2658 Mr. Dunn prepares, analyzes, monitors, and manages all academic budgets. He works with the Associate Provost for Academic Planning and Administration to develop strategic initiative budgets in the campus planning process and assists the Associate Provost for Faculty Affairs with faculty professional development funds. He processes requisitions for several college operating budgets and works closely with budget and finance personnel to implement fiscal policies effectively. Michael oversees post award administration of the Faculty and Librarian Research Grants, processes and funds divisional travel awards and special grants, and assists faculty, deans and directors with budget-related issues. He also provides budget-related training workshops and one-on-one training for faculty and staff. |

Ms. Karen Fontana Administrative Assistant I 508-531-2623 Ms. Fontana provides direct support to the Associate Provost for Faculty Affairs in all office-related activities, including coordinating his schedule and travel arrangements, and managing meeting and event coordination. Karen is responsible for providing support to the undergraduate academic governance process and coordinates and oversees the student evaluation process. |

Ms. Maria Schaaf Administrative Assistant II
508-531-2627 Ms. Schaaf provides office support for several faculty-led initiatives, including several academic centers and new core curriculum developments. Maria's responsibilities include planning and organizing meetings with the cooperation of the faculty coordinators; scheduling and arranging conferences, interviews, or similar activities; recording and distributing minutes to meetings; organizing hospitality needs and travel arrangements; and processing reimbursements; as well as providing support during events, maintaining participation records and coordinating PDPs. Maria prepares requisitions and contracts, manages web sites, assists in the collection of revenues, and helps in the preparation of annual reports.
