Call for Proposals: CARS May Celebration XVII, May 15 & 16, 2013

The Center for the Advancement of Research and Scholarship (CARS) at Bridgewater State University will host its seventeenth annual Celebration of research, scholarship, and creative endeavors in the Moakley Center on Wednesday, May 15 and Thursday, May 16, 2013.  The CARS Program Committee is seeking proposals that showcase faculty and librarian scholarly work, including multi-disciplinary proposals.  Presentation formats include but are not limited to research and scholarly papers, panels, roundtable discussions, performance or exhibits, seminar/workshops, and posters, etc. 

NOTE: A large number of proposals are received in this competitive process. We may be unable to accept all proposals, and we reserve the right to combine presentations, shorten presentation times, or offer alternative formats for presentations in consultation with the proposer.

The submission deadline is Friday, March 8, 2013, at 11:59 PM.  

Please note:  This is the Friday preceding spring break.

Applications will not be accepted after the deadline.

The Program Committee will review all proposals and will notify proposal applicants via email by Friday, March 29, 2013.
