Graduate Program

The Department of Elementary and Early Childhood Education offers several programs designed to meet the needs of graduate students: post baccalaureate programs that allow students to apply for initial licensure in elementary education (1-6) or early childhood education (PreK-2); and master's degree programs furthering the professional development of licensed elementary and early childhood educators. The department also offers a Master of Education degree in Reading for educators seeking an additional license as a Teacher of Reading. In addition, a CAGS in education concentration in reading is available.
