Symposium registration will open at 8:00 AM, followed by Opening Remarks and Guest Speaker at 9:00 AM. Posters will be displayed in two sessions between 10:30-12:00 and 1:00-2:30. Although every effort will be made to group student posters from the same institution in the same session, all presenters are expected to be present and participate in both poster sessions.

After November 6th, you will be contacted with specific details regarding your presentation. You will be supplied with a 4'x5' free-standing poster board, tacks, and 1'x5' of table space. Coffee and snacks will be available during registration, and lunch will be provided. To help defray costs, a registration fee of $15 will be collected on-site (cash or checks only please).
