Faculty Workload and Compensation

 

Faculty Workload and Compensation  is a module in Banner that merges faculty information in Banner Student  and Human Resources to create a process to automate the creation of faculty contracts. Faculty Workload will streamline and digitize the contract process and enable faculty members to view and acknowledge contract information online.

Everything from your contract to your required paperwork will be available for you to view online. (* Please note that any paperwork that needs to be filled out, with the exception of your contract for the current semester can NOT be submitted online at this time. It must be printed and returned to the Human Resources Office.)

Faculty Workload creates paperless instructor contracts in Web for Faculty. For instructions on how to access your contract, please click HERE.   

  • This will reduce errors resulting in pay issues and paper usage.
  •  The Faculty Workload process will also replace the Workload Verification form.
  • Notices will be communicated via your Bridgewater email account notifying you of your contract availability. With your email notification you will have the ability to view your contract, and view/print any paperwork from any computer. It is VERY important that you regularly check your BSU email account for these notifications/updates, as ALL communication for Faculty Workload and Compensation is done through email.
  • Required paperwork will now be available for Faculty to view online, CLICK HERE. All paperwork must be filled out prior to the start of your classes. Please forward all paperwork to Human Resources, Boyden Hall, Room 103.(*Please note Human Resources is temporarily located in the Moakley Building, Room 304 until and for a duration of February 2013, please call their office for their current location status) If you have questions regarding your paperwork, please contact the Human Resources office at extension 1324.
