Welcome to Facilities Management & Planning!  Thank you for stopping by our website.  Within the Facilities Management and Planning Office are the following areas: 

Administration - The leadership of Facilities Management and Planning is committed to provide the best service to our students and employees at Bridgewater State University.  Our mission is to create, maintain, and manage a physical environment that enhances teaching, learning, and living; and serves to support our campus constituents and our region through responsible stewardship of resources.  We expect and welcome your observation and suggestions in assisting us in developing and maintaining quality facilities.

Customer Service - Responsible in providing superior service when coordinating and monitoring your work order requests.

Planning and Construction - Responsible for capital projects and university renovation and repair projects to the Bridgewater State University campus infrastructure buildings and grounds. 

Environmental Health and Safety - Responsible in providing assistance, oversight, and technical consultation to the University community on all occupational and general health, environmental, and safety issues with the goal of ensuring a safe and healthful environment for employees, students, and the visiting public.

Physical Plant - Responsible in providing functional facilities that are clean, attractive, accessible and conducive to learning. The services provided include all aspects of building and grounds maintenance in order to maintain a safe and clean environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

Recycling Program - Responsible for the operation in the daily recycling on campus.

Transportation Services - Responsible for the student-run transit shuttle service.
