Signage Requests/Interior Signage Procedures

This notice is to advise the campus community of the new interior signage standards and procedures on campus effective 1/09. Specific standards have been developed to ensure consistent interior signage on campus that our students and visitors can easily identify.  The vendor for signage is:

Each year there are numerous requests by individual departments for interior signage. To facilitate your needs, the following is the procedure to obtain new interior signage:

1. Please print and complete the Signage Order Form (available by clicking here) and fax to Janet Cartwright at (508) 531-2130.  (Note: To access the form linked above, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed.  If you do not, click here to download it for free.)
2. Janet will forward your request to Sign Design for a proof(s) and pricing.
3. Upon approval of the proof(s), the requestor will need to initiate a purchase order or give Sign Design the procard number to be used for purchase.
