Dr. Costa-Brown oversees a broad array of activities encompassing financial planning, analysis, operations, and compliance. Departments that come under her direct management include the Budget Office, Fiscal Affairs and Purchasing.

Ms. Kearns helps to coordinate the overall daily function of the Finance Office.  In this role she is responsible for the Finance Office and the Council of Presidents invoicing, Pro-card transactions and travel reimbursements.  As the department's Information Provider, she maintains the Finance and Purchasing intranet web-pages.  She also directs inquiries pertaining to and handles confidential matters with University contracts and University insurances. 
Kelly provides general clerical support for the Finance Division while ensuring a smooth flow of information between Finance, administrators, faculty, staff and external constituents.  Her responsibilities also include managing the daily agendas for the Associate Vice President of Finance and Stephanie Ryan, Budget Director; this includes arranging their calendar, scheduling appointments, coordinate meetings and preparing for conferences and events.  If you wish to meet with Dr. Costa-Brown or Ms. Ryan, please contact Kelly.
