Additional Direct Loan Request Form: 

Students who are independent or who are dependent and whose parents were denied a Federal Ford Direct PLUS Loan can borrow additional limits:

• up to $4000 for each of the freshman and sophomore years; 
• up to $5000 for each of the junior and senior years; 
• up to $10,000 for the graduate years 

It is required that students complete an Additional Direct Loan Request Form to apply for this additional loan amount.
