Meal Plan/Flex Dollars Refund Policy

 Refunds for Meal Plan will be awarded as follows:

* 100% refund prior to first day of meal plan.
* Pro-rated refund from first day of meal plan until Monday after last day of drop/add period.
* No refund thereafter.
Flex Dollars Students – Flex Dollars carry from year to year and balances greater than $20* are refundable at the time of graduation/withdrawal from BSC.

- If the student’s college account is paid in full, we will issue a check to the cardholder within 60 days of graduation/withdrawal.

- If the student has an outstanding balance with the college, we will apply the Flex Dollars balance to that account.

Employees – Flex Dollars carry from year to year and balances greater than $20* are refundable at the end of employment with BSC. A refund check will be issued within 60 days of the end of employment.

*NOTE: There will be a $20 processing fee deducted from the balance prior to refund.
