Implementation deadlines are now in play by which governance proposals need to be approved for publication and implementation (06/07-039 and 06/07-G027 Administrative Deadlines). See attached for details.

In summary, upcoming deadlines include:

September 30, 2012 (Spring 2013 Effective Date)

• Final governance approval deadline for all Spring 2013 new courses and course changes (see attached for details).

February 28, 2013 (Summer and Fall 2013 Effective Date)

• Final governance approval deadline for all Summer and Fall 2013 new courses and course changes (see attached for details).
• Final governance approval deadline for all Fall 2013 new programs and program changes.
• Final governance approval deadline for all Fall 2013 new academic policies and policy changes.

All new programs and program changes for Fall 2013 must be in governance by Fall 2012 to help ensure timely approval.
