Monthly Programs
Food for Thought

Food for Thought is a monthly discussion group where students voice their opinions and learn about topics of interest over lunch provided by the center. Representatives from a BSC department or student group are frequently invited to discuss a GLBTA topic that intersects with their discipline or area of interest. This is a great way to get to know people on campus that you might not otherwise have the opportunity to meet and to learn more about BSC resources for GLBTA students. Food for Thought occurs the first Wednesday of every month from 12:20 - 1:10 pm. Everyone is welcome, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. Download the flyer

Coming Out Discussion Group
A group for those considering coming out, those who may have difficulty coming out, and those who wish to support them.
Second Wednesday each month from 6:00PM - 7:00PM. Food provided. Everyone is welcome, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. Download the flyer

Gender Variant Caucus
The GVC is a confidential, discreet monthly gathering for transgender, intersex, genderqueer, agendered, and other gender variant people in the Bridgewater State College campus community. No agenda, just a safe space for socializing, networking, and support from other gender-variant students.
Not out? Your anonymity will be preserved and any information brought forth at caucus meetings will remain confidential. The caucus will be held in a different location every month and facilitated by students who respect your needs. Questioning folks and partners of GV students are welcome, but allies are encouraged to attend other Pride Center sponsored events instead.
The GVC meets the first Wednesday of every month. Please stop by the Pride Center (RCC 006) or e-mail Kate (kate@msequencedesign.com) for location and details. Download flyer
