Memorabilia is available at the university bookstore located in East Campus Commons prior to commencement. On commencement day, the Follett bookstore will have a kiosk conveniently located on the Boyden Quad from 8:30am - 2pm.

A DVD of commencement is available for $20. To order, send check (made payable to Bridgewater Alumni Association) to Arthur Slotnick, Bridgewater State University, 100 Burrill Avenue, Bridgewater, MA 02325. Please indicate on your check "undergraduate commencement."

Class Rings

Information on ordering class rings can be obtained at the BSU bookstore or online through Jostens at http://www.jostens.com/rings/class_rings_lp_college.html. Watch for Student Announcements for when a Jostens representative will be on campus.

Senior Portrait/Yearbook

Seniors are notified directly by Herff Jones via postal mail with instructions on how to schedule a portrait session via the email or by phone. If students do not receive notification in the mail, they can sign up for their portrait session online at http://www.ouryear.com with the school code 271 or by calling 1-800-OUR-YEAR (687-9327). If a senior misses these sessions, there is no makeup or way to have a portrait taken.

Yearbooks are available around November following the year of graduation (i.e.: January and May 2013 graduates will get their yearbook in November 2013). Photos of Spring semester events, including commencement, are included in the yearbook, which is why distribution does not happen until months after.

A limited number of yearbooks are available for purchase in November. Questions regarding yearbooks can be directed to the to Student Involvement & Leadership at 508.531.1273.
