Ticket and Seating Information
Guest seating will begin at 6:30 PM. The processional will start promptly at 7:15 PM. All guests must be seated in the Rondileau Campus Center auditorium or ballroom by 7:10 PM. There will be no admission to the auditorium during the procession.
The Commencement Request Form must be completed by Wednesday, January 2, 2013. Each graduate will receive two guest admit tickets for seating in the Rondileau Campus Center auditorium. You may request one additional ticket, however, the number of students participating in the ceremony will determine if a third ticket is issued. The third ticket is issued on a first come basis as available (see Commencement Reply Form). Tickets will be mailed to the graduates' permanent address by mid-January.
All guests must have a ticket to be admitted to the Auditorium, including children and guests with disability seating requests. Children are not allowed to sit on laps in the Auditorium. For safety reasons strollers are not allowed in the Auditorium and may be left in the lobby. The college is not responsible for items left unattended.
The auditorium balcony is not accessible by elevator and there are several steps to gain access to the balcony. Please take this into consideration when making arrangements for guests with mobility or health issues. Contact Health Services to make arrangements (See Disability Accommodations under Advance Preparations).
Seating will also be available in the Rondileau Campus Center Ballroom for widescreen television viewing of the ceremony. You may request up to three tickets for ballroom seating if available (see Commencement Reply Form). Both locations are handicap accessible.
