Ticket Information

Commencement Reply

Each graduate, with student ID, who has been approved by their department to graduate, will receive two guest tickets for seating under the tent. Students must submit the online Commencement Reply Form and plan to attend the ceremony to receive tickets. Final date to reply to this event is Thursday, May 2, with exception for those students who are approved to graduate after this date.

Ticket Distribution

Tickets will be distributed on Thursday, May 2 in the lobby of Boyden from 10am-4pm. After this time, tickets may be picked up in the Student Affairs Office, Boyden Hall, Room 106, from 9am-5pm until Friday, May 10.

Extra Tickets

If there are any extra tickets beyond the two guaranteed to each graduate who is participating in the ceremony, one extra ticket per student will be available, on a first come basis, beginning Tuesday, May 14.

(NOTE: Only those students who have picked up their original two tickets by the May 10 deadline are eligible for an extra ticket.)

For guests without tickets, chairs will be set up outside the tent and wide screen viewing will be available in the Horace Mann Auditorium located in Boyden Hall.

Disclaimer

Commencement tickets are released to students who have been approved to graduate by their department; however, release of tickets does not constitute an official authorization of graduation status or participation in the commencement ceremony. You will be notified via email by the Registrar's Office of any changes to your graduation status. If at any time your status changes, you are obligated to return the issued Commencement tickets to the Office of Student Affairs, Boyden Hall, Room 106.
