She has helped to make the international study tours program more manageable and less expensive for the students. Overall, Lisa goes above and beyond her job requirements to be helpful to others. |

The Career Service Office was nominated for their outstanding quality customer service that is provided to students, alumni, employers, faculty and staff. They provide numerous student learning opportunities through quality programs and services as well as provide occasions to collaborate and enhance relationships with students, faculty, alumni, academic and administrative departments throughout the college. The Career Services Office is dedicated to teamwork, promoting performance above and beyond expectations. |

Keith was nominated for his level of service that is given to the Campus Center on a consistent basis. Keith's attention to detail and his ability to see the big picture has had a great impact on the safety of the Campus Center. Keith's concern for the condition of the Campus Center goes above what is expected. Keith takes pride in his work and you can see that as you walk through the Campus Center. |

Nancy Clark and Children's Center Staff |
The BSC Children's Staff was nominated for their efforts in being reaccredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children this past fall. This prestigious recognition, which has been awarded to only eight percent of the early childhood programs nationwide, is the result of a rigorous process undertaken by the Children's Center staff. |

Jane Thomas, Assistant Director, Human Resources and Sonya Soloway, Administrative Assistant I, Student Employment |
Jane and Sonya were nominated for their hard work in implementing the Web Time Entry System for student employees. Jane and Sonya have worked tirelessly to ensure the success of this system and improve the operations of the Student Employment Office. |

Adrian Tinsley Center Maintainers (Ana Baganha, John Gibau, Stefanie Gleason, Jose Carvahlo, Carol Mason, Carolyn Guidaboni, Jack Pina) |
The Adrian Tinsley Center Maintainers were nominated for keeping the Tinsley Center spotless. Countless visitors who come to visit Tinsley Center remark how clean the building looks and smells. The Maintainers show pride in their work and it shows each and every day. |

Glenn was nominated for excelling in the Athletics and Recreation department in numerous ways including: facility scheduling and coordination, facility repair and preparation, marketing, promotion, guidance of Campus Recreation while short two staff members and community involvement through committees on campus. |

Diane was nominated for her superior accomplishment of effectively managing the arrival, development and growth of the BSC community service center. Diane has helped to guide the campus in developing understanding and commitment to our obligation to serve. |

The Security Marketing and Education Committee was nominated for their efforts in creating and implementing a marketing plan to inform the community to change their BSC domain passwords from simple to complex. |

Theresa Amaral, Third Class P/P Engineer, Facilities |
Theresa was nominated for her superior accomplishment in significantly improving the colleges environmental and energy savings. Terry is very dedicated to her job and it shows by the accuracy and detail of the logs she keeps. Terry saved the college over $2,000. |

Kendra St. Aubin, Associate Librarian, Library Services |
Kendra was nominated for successfully accomplishing her own job requirements and fulfilling many of the job responsibilities of a second library position that is currently being advertised. Kendra has shown true mastery in the field of collection development and management. Her diplomacy and professionalism are good examples other librarians. |

Cuong was nominated for his willingness to help faculty in improving their internal and external communications when they have purchased new high-tech phones and computers. Cuong has excelled in making himself available to faculty and staff anytime of the day to assist them as needed. |

Tracie was nominated for going above and beyond her assigned duties. Tracie works effectively will all people she encounters and is always willing to assist faculty with any task that they may have. Tracie is dedicated, enthusiastic and efficient. |

Susan B. Chaves, Clerk IV, Athletics and Recreation |
Susan was nominated for effectively and efficiently administering the operation of the Athletics and Recreation department office since 1991. She has supervised hundreds of student employees while balancing all of the other requirements of a department that serves over 400 student athletes and 45 coached every year. |

Chemistry Department Staff ( Jane Doherty, Christina Toner, Joseph Keen, Iana Mandravel-Hutchins) |
The Chemistry department staff was nominated for their "can do it" attitude. The department has undergone numerous changes over the past 10 years with the one constant guiding these changes being the departmental staff. The staff have been the glue that keeps the craziness together. |

Manuela Moniz, Administrative Assistant I, Academic Achievement Center |
Manuela was nominated for her positive impact on the success of the Academic Achievement Center. The impact of Manuela's intelligence, organizational skills, strong advocacy for improvement of the efficiency and the climate of the AAC both within the realm of the staff responsibilities and that of student access has been remarkable. Her patience, meticulous attention to detail and commitment to the AAC and the students are exemplary. |

Deanne Farino, Reproduction Serv. Supervisor, Copy Center |
Deanne maintains a very well run copy center with exceptional copying service. She always goes out of her way to assist the campus faculty and staff in everyday projects and emergency rescues. Deanne consistently gives exceptionally superior work and service to the entire BSC community with a smile. |

Facilities Grounds Keepers (Phil Laliberte and Michael Murphy) |
The Facilities grounds keepers were nominated for their efforts in ensuring that all of our outdoor playing fields are clean, safe, properly marked and ready for play. They do this work in all kinds of weather and under some severe deadlines and always end up giving a great product. They go the extra mile to decorate a field at Homecoming, drag infield between games when it's not always necessary or mow a beautiful pattern to give the players a bit of extra pride in the facility. |

Lou was nominated for his consistent efforts in investigating a reoccurring problem in the Campus Center. Lou's constant monitoring aided in putting an end to this problem. Lou has displayed a dedication to the campus center and a love for the campus. |

Chief Tillinghast and the Campus Police Officers |
Chief Tillinghast and the Campus Police Officers were nominated for their performance during a recent campus crisis. Campus Police handled themselves with the utmost professionalism, dignity, and thoroughness with an eye toward community safety. The respect they show for the college, it's values, and it's students is seen in their daily interactions with colleagues. |

Kelly Gym Maintainers (Shirley Soderbom, Michael Chilcot, and Arthur Nash) |
The Kelly Gym maintainers were nominated for their work in keeping an aging building in good, clean condition for all of it's users. They help support the teams that are housed there by maintaining clean facilities for these student athletes and visiting participants. The Kelly Gym maintainers have become the eyes and ears in the facility. They love the students and want to be sure that everyone who participates there does so in a safe environment. |
