Student Affairs
Database - The Student Affairs Database provides a comprehensive list of
grants offered by BSU, its
Alumni Association, Foundation,
academic departments and outside affiliates. If you have any questions about a
listed grant or the database itself, email

Adrian Tinsley Program for Undergraduate
Research (ATP) - Did you know the Adrian Tinsley Program offers research
grants?
- Apply for the
Semester Grant
if you wish to pursue extended research in a course or directed study during
the Academic year.
- If you'd rather have more time with your dream
research project or creative endeavor, you may want to consider applying for
their Summer Grant
where you receive a stipend of $4000 to do intensive work in your
discipline, as well as up to $500 for additional research-related expenses!
All you need is a mentor and a great idea.
- The
Travel Grant
supports students
who wish to present their research and creative work at regional or national
conferences throughout the calendar year.

Office of
Undergraduate Research (OUR) - The Office of Undergraduate Research
strives to
educate students on the importance of
undergraduate research: how it fits into a college career and the role it can
play in realizing post-college goals. This office works in cooperation with the Adrian
Tinsley Program (ATP) to help fund undergraduate research projects. They
have also compiled the following databases to assist you:

Get Funding.
- Browse here by your discipline to view external (non-BSU) research grants,
fellowships, and internship opportunities.

Get
Published. - If you would like to publish your work, check out this
database of undergraduate journals across the US by discipline.

Present
Your Work. - View a list of conferences/events on your subject area.
Your trip to the academic conference can be funded by ATP's Travel Grant!
