The Student Programming Subcommittee works to develop interventions that will, first, support the successful retention of students in the target population, and, second, improve their quality of overall experience while they are at Bridgewater. While the immediate programming goal of the committee is to devise new and improve existing programming that serves the target population, the long term goal of any such programming is to support and enrich the academic and co-curricular experiences of all BSU students.  The Student Programming Subcommittee is currently working on improving the success rates of students in the target population in high DWFI gateway courses and the development of a Portfolio of Excellence program, a mentored approach to mindful progress through the first year of college.
