BSC finds energy and strength in its commitment to being a valuable resource for Southeastern Massachusetts and the commonwealth.
The Clement C. Maxwell Library has been completely transformed over the past few years. Renovations have created a technology-enhanced library; more general-purpose classrooms; renovated office space; a laptop support center; a Starbucks, clustered computer labs, and improved study areas.
The Library hosts exhibits, lectures, musical programs and art exhibits, reflecting many areas of contemporary and historical interest. The Library is home to the Hall of Black Achievement (HOBA) Gallery, the Massachusetts Aggression Reduction Center (MARC), as well as other academic and administrative departments.
The Maxwell Library is a vital social and learning space at the heart of
the BSC campus.
