Week #4:
Nicholas was very distracted and quickly answers "I don't know" rather than take the time to think about the responses. A couple of his responses were off task, such as "I like listening to CD's " and " my dad ordered a CD and it is coming in the mail.
Week #5
Nicholas was often out of the seat and walking around the room and he is often distracted. He needed many prompts to help him stay on task.(10)
Brendan uses a lot of visual cues from the story to retell the story.
Week #7
Nicholas was off take 3 times during the beginning part of his retelling.
Week #8
Nicholas was off task 8 times during his retelling.
Week #9
Nicholas was off task 2 times during his retelling.
