Limitations to the Experiment
There are certain elements that need to be addressed to show the limitations to this experimentation. This experiment was only done on one sixth grade team, with only one assessor throughout the whole duration. Only six children were analyzed within the data, indicating only a small percentage of the student population. Strategies were taught to all students at the same time and pace, regardless of ability level, so any student who needed more supervision and practice did not necessarily achieve their highest results. Lastly, this experimentation was only done within the reading classroom and was not observed within another discipline area.
