Graphic Organizers are great tools to use when introducing and modeling the Reciprocal Teaching Method. Graphic organizers are helpful for any child in organizing their thoughts as they read through sections of text.  Links are provided to show you a variety of graphic organizers to use and an example of a generic rubric to accompany your journey into introducing the strategies of clarification, question generation, summarization and prediction in the classroom.  A self-assessment sheet is also provided for students to complete after the strategies have been successfully mastered.
