This page provides access to over 16,000 images (most not available elsewhere) on Western art.

Joconde: French Art Database
This page provides access to the searchable Joconde database, which contains over 132,000 entries on paintings, sculpture, drawings, and more, in 75 French museums. Data is also provided on 10,000 artists. Useful if you wish to know at which museum a painting is located, its size, etc. All contents and instructions are in French.

Perseus Database: Classical Studies
The main page includes links to an encyclopedia of Greek studies, including mythology, literature, architecture, music, theater, and religion. Also here are several Greek dictionaries and annotated texts.
