Larry Weathers (2003)

Larry has been an educator in the Harvard Public Schools for over twenty years, serving as a classroom teacher, project director, and department chair. He has received numerous awards and honors throughout his career including a Presidential Award for Excellence in Science and Math Teaching and the Tandy Corporation award for innovations in technology. Larry has given workshops for M.A.S.T., M.A.S.S., and the New England Association of Physics Teachers and has presented sessions at the National Science Teacher's Association for the past several years. Larry is a well-known and highly respected member of the physics education community in Massachusetts and throughout the country.
