Space in the Bridgewater-at-Oxford Program is limited and students will be carefully selected. Applicants should have at least a B average and should be able to write clear, correct, and well-organized English prose since writing will play an important part in every course. Although preference will be given to upperclassmen and graduate students, exceptionally gifted sophomores are welcome to apply. Alumni, professionals, and educators with good reading and writing skills and an informed interest in their chosen area are also encouraged to apply.
Notice of acceptance or rejection will be mailed within three weeks of receipt of application. Applicants should submit materials listed below as early as possible, preferably by March 8, 2010. Late applications will be accepted on a case by case basis as space is available.
Payment in full of program charges and, if applicable, airfare will be due no later than April 16. Payment should be made to Bridgewater State College by certified or cashier's check, by money order or by MasterCard, Visa, or Discover card. For information on refunds, please see section headed "Important Dates" below.
Shifts in currency exchange rates may necessitate a small adjustment in the program charges specified above.
