Summer Student Parking Permit Application

If you intend to bring a vehicle to campus, please complete this application form and click the Submit button at the bottom of the form to send it to the Bridgewater State College Parking Services and Connect Card Office. A parking registration fee will appear on your college bill. Parking Decal Fee for Summer 2009 is $15.00 for each summer session.  Parking decals are valid for the entire summer and expire on August 31, 2009.    Incomplete applications will not be processed. 

If you currently have a decal for 2008-2009, a new decal for the summer sessions is not necessary.

By submitting this online form, and applying for this parking decal, I acknowledge that I will read and will follow the parking regulations summarized in the Bridgewater State College Parking Guide (which I will receive). I also understand that failure to abide by these regulations will likely result in the ticketing/towing of my vehicle and/or the revocation of my campus parking privileges. I understand that decals must be properly affixed to outside of the rearmost driver's side window of the registered vehicle. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to notify the Parking Services and Connect Card Office if my vehicle information changes at any time.
