FAMILY ORIENTATION PROGRAM - REGISTER HERE
The Family Orientation program provides family members of new incoming Bridgewater State University students the opportunity to learn more about the Bridgewater student experience and is a great way to learn more about the university and connect with other families.

PARENT ASSOCIATION ELECTIONS NOW UNDERWAY
Cast your VOTE TODAY!  Elections for the 2013-2014 Parent Association executive board is now underway.   We hope you will take a few moments to review the candidate profiles and submit an online election form.

FAMILY ORIENTATION VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY
The Family Orientation Committee will be seeking parents who can volunteer to be part of the BSU Welcome Team and/or Luncheon Hosts for Family Orientation 2013.  The Volunteer Form provides details of the roles as well as Orientation dates.  If you are interested please complete the FORM by Friday, May 24th.   Those available to assist will be contacted with further details.

PARENT ASSOCIATION EXECUTIVE BOARD OPPORTUNITIES
The election process to select new members to the Executive Board is underway.  Elections will take place in April.  If you are interested in holding a leadership position or want more information, please submit and INTEREST FORM.

BECOME A FAMILY ADVISOR
Consider the role of a Parent Advisor. Parent Advisors will provide an additional avenue for increased parent participation, without committing to an official position. For consideration by the E-Board, complete a FAMILY ADVISOR INTEREST FORM.

This newly established  fund was created by the Parent Association to assist BSU students who are experiencing an unforeseen financial shortfall due to a critical event in their life.

Student health101 - The Parent Perspective
The Parent Perspective is a parent's companion to the Student Health 101 newsletter, which is written to help your son or daughter live a healthier life. View the accompanying Student Health 101 issue for students here.

Family E-News - Spring 2013
The Family E-News is a newsletter that  is published quarterly by the Student Affairs Office at BSU as a resource to keep interested parents informed and connected to their son or daughter. The newsletter features articles written by faculty and staff about student engagement and opportunities, as well as current events and trends.

Campus Link- New Issue
The Campus Link is a monthly newsletter published by PaperClip Communications for parents with college students that includes important information on current trends and topics on college campuses.
