| Self Service Time and
Attendance Self Service Time and Attendance is new technology for reporting time. Our campus will start using the Commonwealth's MassHR Self Service Time Attendance beginning this summer. Just as you report your time on a daily basis today, with Self-Service Time and Attendance, you will report your time each day. The difference is that you will report and submit your time online. The MassHR initiative kicked off last fall in the Commonwealth with three key objectives: implementing new self-service time reporting technologies, streamlining and improving HR service delivery, and implementing new training and employee development programs. The first wave of activity that agencies experienced was the implementation of Self-Service Time and Attendance (SS TA). The first rollout was launched on April 25th in 10 agencies, and now we are going to be part of the second phase of the roll-out this summer. Only selected employees will be part of the summer rollout with all others being implemented in the Fall. |
| *2011 W-2 Forms All 2011 W-2 forms will be mailed to each employees Home address on or before February 1, 2012. You will only receive one W-2 form the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. You will not receive a separate W-2 from Bridgewater State University. Your W-2 will include all earnings within the Commonwealth. If you work at more than one State agency, these earnings will be combined into a single W-2. An informational W-2 will also remain available on the PayInfo website for your reference. If you have questions regarding differences on the total gross earnings on your last pay advice compared to you W-2, please refer to the handout that was enclosed in your W-2 from the Commonwealth. If you need another copy of this handout, please click here. |
