| Use these instructions to login, change your password,
and navigate through Paylnfo.
Please review before using Payinfo for the first time.
How to Log into PayInfo:
In the URL Address box, type:
https://payinfo.state.ma.us. The Pay Home page is
displayed. Press Continue to log into PayInfo.
The Pay Login page is displayed.
In the User ID box, type your Employee ID, which you can
find on your HRCMS pay advice.
In the Password box type your password, which is unique
to you. Press Login. If this is the first time you are
logging in to Payinfo type your default password.
My Default Password:
Your initial default password is the employee's ID
displayed on the pay advice, followed by the last four
numbers of the employee's social security number (with no
spaces). Example: 123456XXXX.
When you click on Login, the Change Password page is
displayed.
NOTE: The first time you access Paylnfo
you are required to change your default password to
something only you know.
Type in a new password that is 8 to 15 alphanumeric
characters. (Special characters, such as , &, %, and $ are
not allowed.) Retype it in the Confirm box. A password
change confirmation message is displayed. Press Continue to
view the Pay News page.
Welcome to PayInfo Page:
Press Continue to reach the Welcome to PayInfo page. The
Welcome to PayInfo page contains two options: graphic
version, a duplicate of an actual pay advice and a
text Version for the visually impaired. The welcome
pages also allows you to suppress your paper pay advice by
selecting "Go Paperless Now!" button. You will find a
summary of information from your payroll remittance advice
for the last 40 pay periods. PayInfo also includes an
informational W2 which is rolled out prior to the official
W2. These pages may be printed.
My Payroll Remittance Advice
To see your payroll remittance advice for a specific pay
period, click on the Pay Period End Date button. The page
displayed is the same as your paper payroll remittance
advice EXCEPT your bank account number in the direct deposit
distribution box is not displayed. This page may be printed.
Reset Password:
To reset your password you may contact the Payroll Department. Your password will be reset by
the Thursday prior to the next payday. |
