The Complaint Process

 

The student run Safety Escort Service proudly serves the Bridgewater State University community recently transporting approximately 111,000 community members and their guests in the 2010-2011 academic year. Complaints against the Safety Escort Service and it's employees are taken seriously and all complaints will be reviewed and investigated if deemed necessary. 

 

There are several ways in which you may file a complaint:

• Call 508-531-1745 and speak with the Safety Escort dispatcher and provide the dispatcher with a brief overview of your complaint, and provide them with a way to follow-up within 48 hours.

• Click the "file a complaint" link on the Bridgewater State University Safety Escort Service homepage and email your complaint, along with the best way to contact you.
