  The Complaint Process  
The student run Safety Escort service  proudly serves the Bridgewater State College community recently transporting over 55,000 community members and their guests (Fall 2007).  Complaints against the safety escort service and it's employees are taken seriously and all complaints will be reviewed and investigated if necessary.

There are several ways in which you may file a complaint:

  1. Call 508-531-1745 and speak with the Safety Escort dispatcher and provide the dispatcher with a brief overview of your complaint, and provide them with a way to follow-up within 48 hours.

  2.  Click the "file a complaint" link on the Bridgewater State College Safety Escort Service homepage and email your complaint, along with the best way to contact you.
