The Bridgewater State University Police Department will be conducting a Basic Rape Aggression Defense (RAD) course beginning on Monday April 15th. RAD is a basic sexual assault defense course for women. This course is taught in four 3-hour sessions and is free to all participants. One course is all four classes so you must attend all classes to complete the course.
The schedule for the upcoming class is as follows:
Monday April 15th @ 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Monday April 22nd @ 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Monday April 29th @ 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Monday May 6th @ 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
The first night of class is on Monday April 15th in Burnell Hall room 103. All other classes will be held in Burnell Hall room 132B. Burnell Hall is located on Hooper Street and is connected to the back of Hart Hall and Moakley. Class size is limited, so those interested should register as soon as possible.
