Housing Deposit Information 2013-2014

The time has come for current resident students to reserve a space on campus for the 2013-2014 academic year.

The most important thing you need to do to reserve a space on campus for next year is to pay the non-refundable $300 Housing Deposit by March 8, 2013 at 4:00pm.

 If a student does not make the payment by the deadline, the student will not have housing for the 2013-2014 academic year.

Very important: Students will not receive a bill for this deposit.

Please note: There is a housing deposit credit on each resident students' Spring 2013 bill.  That is the deposit paid for THIS year (2012-2013).  It is NOT payment for the 2013-2014 academic year.

Checks or money orders, made out to Bridgewater State University in the amount of $300, may be dropped off at the Office of Residence Life and Housing in DiNardo Hall. The words "Housing Deposit" and the student's Banner ID number should be written on the check or money order. If you wish to mail the deposit, please send it to: 100 DiNardo Hall, Bridgewater State University, Bridgewater, MA 02325. The $300 non-refundable deposit can also be paid in cash or by credit card at the Student Accounts Office in Boyden Hall.

This deposit is a prepayment and will be credited to the student's spring 2014 bill if the student remains in on-campus housing for the full academic year. The deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited if the student withdraws from housing.

All further information regarding the room selection process for 2013-2014 will be sent to resident students via e-mail.
